The two-and-a-half-story, seven-bay, brick Colonial Revival-style dwelling is covered by a side-facing gable roof with brick parapet end walls and arched dormers on the east side. The centrally located entrance, which has an elliptical fanlight, is flanked on each side by three 12 over 12 wood sash windows. This property is in Land Use.
